Friday 7/23/21 Study Update

AWS/Cloud:

  1. Nist Cloud Definition, 15 minutes: https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/Legacy/SP/nistspecialpublication800-145.pdf I created a documents containing one definition per page, for a total of 14 pages. This has helped greatly with my continued immersion in the NIST documentation. I am looking to shave 5 more minutes off this activity. Once I’m at 10 minutes, the goal is achieved.
  2. Well-Architected white paper, 30 minutes: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/wellarchitected/latest/framework/wellarchitected-framework.pdf#welcome Focused on studying the reliability pillar overview.
  3. Adrian Cantrill’s SAA-C02 training, 60 minutes: https://learn.cantrill.io/ ‘S3 Basics’ through ‘CFN Basics’. Worked on creating S3 buckets after watching Adrian’s explanation of fundamentals and the demo lesson. More intuitive and easier to grasp than EC2. I was able to get up and running after viewing once.
